Hello, and welcome to my bio! Let’s get the basics out of the way - I have lived in London for 25 years, went to Western, bought and sold several small businesses, lost some money in crypto and made some money in real estate. I’ve been with my partner Chris (yup, same name) for over 20 years and if we’re not travelling, we’re at the theatre….or eating.

I love working with people and families ready to upgrade their busy lives! Finding the next home that allows for lifestyle growth, equity building, and personal satisfaction. When you work with an agent who understands your life, the real process can be exciting, less stressful and even fun! I'm ready when you are!

I also actively work with clients that are ready to expand their real estate investments. Let’s talk shop about rental properties (I specialize in student rentals), multi-unit buildings or recreational properties. I’ve owned all of these and have a ton of experience to share.

I’m going to need clients that have a great sense of humour, appreciate sarcasm and generally want to make the best of life. Buying property isn’t always easy, so getting along and being able to share a joke might make all the difference. Professionalism + Humour = Your new best friend.

Aside from work, I spend time hunting for the best burgers in London (send me your reco’s), bingeing full series (then denying it) and hitting up the Grand and Mirvish theatres. Don’t get me started on learning TikTok dances and the other rabbit holes I fall down.
