In 2017 Marla founded Earmark, an initiative that strategically invests in neighbourhood projects of her clients’ choosing through their real estate transaction. With her in-depth knowledge of neighbourhoods and extensive network of community partners, Marla strives to deliver a great real estate experience AND help clients develop meaningful connections in the neighbourhood they choose to call home.

She is proud to serve on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee and is a volunteer director at ATN, a not-for-profit providing employment services and skills training for persons with disabilities and works in partnership with local businesses to support staffing needs.
